A Prayer for a Mending Heart

Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heart that feels heavy and broken. You know the pain I carry and the depth of the hurt within me. Right now, it feels hard to find the right words, but I know that You hear the prayers of my soul even when I am silent.

Please wrap Your arms around me. Help me to feel Your peace that is stronger than any sadness. When my thoughts are loud and my spirit is tired, remind me that I am never alone. I ask for Your strength to get through each day and for Your light to guide me toward a place of healing.

Help me to let go of the things I cannot change and to trust that You have a beautiful plan for my future. Wash away my tears and replace my sorrow with the hope that only You can give. Thank You for loving me and for staying close to me through this storm.
