A Prayer for Peace, Hope, and Strength

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today with hearts that may feel heavy, tired, or uncertain. We thank You that You are a God who sees us, hears us, and stays close to those who are hurting.

For the Single Woman:

Lord, we pray for the woman who is waiting. Fill her heart with the peace that comes only from You. Help her to know that she is whole, chosen, and deeply loved exactly as she is. Teach her to use this time to grow closer to You and to find joy in the life You have given her today.

"The Lord is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him." (Lamentations 3:25)

For the Hurting Wife:

Lord, we pray for the wife who feels desperate or lonely within her marriage. You know the secrets of her heart and the struggles she faces. Give her wisdom, patience, and the strength to keep going. We ask for Your healing touch upon her home and for Your comfort to surround her when she feels like she has nothing left to give.

"Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7)

For the Divorced Woman:

Lord, we pray for the woman walking through the pain of a finished season. Heal the wounds of the past and wash away any feelings of shame or failure. Remind her that her story is not over and that You can make all things new. Give her a clear vision for her future and a community that supports her.

"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18)

A Promise to Hold On To

No matter what stage of life we are in, Your Word remains true:

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11)
