A Prayer for Self-Love

Dear Creator, Universe, and Divine Spirit,

​Today, I step into a space of grace and peace. I breathe in deeply and welcome love into my heart.

​Please help me remember that I am worthy, just as I am right now. Remove any doubts I have about my value, and clear away the heavy thoughts that tell me I am not enough. Let me see myself through eyes of kindness, celebrating my strengths and being gentle with my flaws.

​"I am beautiful. I am strong. I am completely enough."

​May I always treat myself with the same warmth, care, and respect that I so freely give to others. I choose to be my own truest friend. I choose to honor my voice, trust my heart, and let my light shine brightly.

​Thank you for the gift of this life, and for the strength to love who I am.
