Not to judge.
Hey there! So, let’s talk about that verse, Matthew 7:1, which says not to judge. You know why God says not to judge? Well, because we all mess up. We all have our sins, so how can we, who are also sinners, point fingers at each other? It’s kind of wild how much judging goes on, even in places like church. God knows us inside and out. He sees everything before it even happens. That’s why in Matthew 7:5, He tells us to focus on our own stuff first. Like, if we take that big plank (or log) out of our own eye, only then will we be able to see clearly to help someone else with their little speck. But honestly, a lot of us still struggle to follow that. Take me for example: I might be dealing with something serious like adultery, while someone else thinks they’re all good because they don’t have that issue.
