Understanding

Psalms 119:104 Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way. Understanding is gained from God's commands. Psalms 119:130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple. The Bible is the best place to turn for understanding, and the only place to get true understanding. Reading the Bible and meditating on it (allowing the words to enter into our heart) gives us understanding. Even a simple person who does not have understanding, can receive understanding if they allow God's Words to enter into their heart. A person needs to have a desire to know what God says and not reject it.
